"Good deal and no complaints"
I’m happy with it. The parts were cheaper than what my local shop wanted, and the quality seems perfectly fine to me. Maybe some people expect everything to be top-of-the-line, but for the price, I don’t really see anything to complain about

"Good Parts, Just Bad Timing on My End"
The parts were exactly what I ordered and I didn’t have any issues with them. Of course, they showed up right when my schedule got hectic, so it took me longer to actually use them, but that’s just bad timing on my end. Everything itself was fine.

"Straightforward and easy to trust"
I had a good feeling about lrparts.net from the start, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct. I had a couple of questions before placing my order, and they got back to me quickly with clear, no-nonsense answers. The updates were simple to follow too, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. I’d happily use them again

I ordered a small part to be shipped overseas, it took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for days, so I wasn’t really sure if it was even moving. To be fair, the part did arrive and it was fine, so I can’t complain about the item itself. But the shipping was expensive for how slow it ended up being. I’m glad it worked out, sort of, but I’m not sure I’d order internationally from them again...

"Really happy with the packaging"
I ordered a few bits from lrparts and, i was pleased with how everything arrived. The box was solid, not all bashed up or anything, and there was proper padding inside too. Nothing was rattling around or scratched, which, to be fair, is all I was really hoping for. You can kind of tell they didn’t just chuck everything in a box and hope for the best. I’d definitely use them again.

"Really handy for getting parts in one go"
I’ve used lrparts.net a few times now, the range of parts is really good. I can usually find the little bits as well as the bigger service parts without having to jump around loads of other sites. Makes things a lot easier when you’re trying to get everything in one order. The site’s easy to use too. No problems so far, I’m happy with it.

"Easy return, even when I was in a hurry"
I accidentally ordered the wrong part and had to return it while I was already feeling rushed. the process was a lot easier than I expected. I just filled out the form, sent it back, and got my refund a few days later without having to keep following up. It wasn’t instant, but it was smooth enough. I’d use them again.

I was after a few bits for my Land Rover and came across lrparts.net. i kind of regret not checking them out earlier because they had loads of aftermarket options instead of just the pricey genuine parts. It was easy to compare everything and choose what worked for my budget. The order arrived without any hassle and the parts fitted fine. Happy overall and I’d definitely use them again...

"Spot-on fitment and no hassle"
Ordered a couple of bits for my Land Rover i was a bit nervous about the fit because I’ve had the wrong parts turn up from other sites before. I thought it might be another one of those jobs where you end up messing around or sending stuff back, actually, no, it was the complete opposite. The part numbers and fitment info on LR Parts were spot on, everything lined up properly, and the parts went on without any fuss. Really happy with it and I’ll definitely use them again next time I need something.

Yeah, it’s not the cheapest option out there, I’ll say that. I was kind of hoping it would be a bit more affordable, but… I don’t know, it still feels like you’re getting decent value overall. If price is your main thing, maybe look around first, but I wasn’t unhappy with it.

I ended up having to return a part because I didn’t need it after all, which was a bit annoying but also not really their fault. The refund was sorted quickly, no awkward back and forth or anything. Money showed back up on my card a few days later, so I guess that’s about as good as a return can be. Happy with how they handled it...
